A last minute change of circumstances with a client means we have 2 English speaking Polish tyre changers willing to work in the UK but with no jobs available.

One is in Ireland where he has experience of all types of tyre changing from cars, through vans, lorries, dumpers , diggers etc.

The second is in hold - Michelin trained on car tyres, limited lorry experience but also hold a C category driving license.

We were going to sub contract these people at £11.00 an hour + VAT on all hours worked but would consider a flat fee alternative as we feel we have let them down
