Job Description: Sous Chef required to assist Head Chef and Deputy Head Chef in a good quality Inn with 16 bedrooms - split shifts, 5 days over 7, occasional breakfast duties
Location : Shropshire/Welsh Border
Skills Required : Experience required, but willingness to learn essential and passion/enthusiasm for good quality cuisine
Minimum Contract Period: Full time
