A very recent example of a south coast company seeking up to 10 workers reinforced the need for a detailed job description.

The roles to be filled are quite technical but no job description existed.

We pointed the company towards www.job-description.co.uk our free to use facility but also volunteered to create the initial job description ourselves for the company to review and edit as they should know what they want rather than us.
