Market Conditions – Conflicting signals
The weather is great but cloudy in business terms for us. A Northern bias is still present but as dull as ditchwater elsewhere so any talks of green shoots is well wide of the mark with unemployment continuing to rise and so much slack within existing workforces.
We still have plenty of European workers with improved quality and moderation in wage demands. This is a chance to improve quality through outsourcing and effective training. Here is our latest list of available workers.
