Chris Slay is well known in UK financial circles and subsequently developing a successful food company before turning his hand to overseas recruitment. His experience and guidance have been paramount to the success of the Company. Today Skills are active in the United Kingdom, Australia, Middle East and Norway.

Traditional recruitment agencies have two issues; sourcing vacant positions as well as finding suitable applicants, we take the process further. By constantly modifying our working practices, Chris has instilled into his team the value of utilising modern technology to ensure we compete in the global recruitment market.

Our placement system is obviously working, we are considered one of the main European based overseas recruitment agencies.
The team at Skills love the diversity of the challenge, in the morning we can be placing English school teachers in the Middle East and in the afternoon organising placements in the Norwegian Oil and Gas sector.
