Polish Recruitment Agency

Chris Slay has lived an interesting business life; from being a car salesman in the USA, a merchant banker in the City of London after which he then went on to run various manufacturing businesses in the South West of England. Nowadays Chris applies his trade in the recruitment sector. It was during a period when he was running some of the fastest growing food companies in the region that he experienced labour problems and became involved in direct recruitment in the 1990’s. Chris’s businesses have used workers from all over Europe but when the European Union opened up he experimented with Eastern European workers in 2005. Based on empirical evidence he decided to form a Company dedicated to finding English speaking Polish workers who are able to fill vacancies in the UK.
The core business is providing teams of Polish workers employed by Skills Provision who are then subcontracted out to clients on a long term basis. The client pays a single hourly rate whatever the circumstances.
No premium is charged for overtime, weekend work, bank holidays or shift work. Skills Provision takes care of all employee tax deductions, employers’ National insurance, 28 days holiday pay and any sickness benefit. The client pays an hourly rate + VAT. Whatever the industry Skills Provision can find the people you need, from Artisans to Architects, Warehouseman to Welders. For higher paid jobs over £30,000 Skills Provision offers a specialised headhunting service.
Skills Provision prides itself in getting the right people in the right places and the key is getting the job description right. We are happy to receive job descriptions in any shape or form but without one it is difficult to try and find the relevant people. If you need guidance on producing a role profile then visit our Job Description site. You can email us your job descriptions at enquiries@skillsprovision.co.uk
