Training Scheme for Polish Workers
PAAZ TRAINING PROGRAM - Professional English Vocational Auto-Presentation
Participants of the Professional English Vocational Auto-Presentation Training are to be employed by reputed institutions of the labour market:
- MIRZ – Miedzynarodowy Instytut Rozowoju Zawodowego (International Institute of the Vocational Development) – the educational organization, registered in Learning Provider Register of the Provincial Employment Office in Szczecin, authorized to train the unemployed and jobseekers.
- IMPERIAL – Miedzynarodwe Posrednicwto Pracy (International Recruitment Agency) that holds a valid license issued by the Polish Government: Ministry of Economy, Labour and Social Policy (register entry no. 392/1b), the leader of polish recruitment agencies that place candidates to work abroad. IMPERIAL is in process of getting GLA license. GLA (The Gangmasters Licensing Authority) regulates agencies who supply labour or use workers to provide services in agriculture, forestry, horticulture, shellfish gathering and food processing and packaging.
- Reputed English Entrepreneur: SKILLS PROVISION LIMITED willing to employ qualified Polish specialists who speak Basic and Pre-Interemediate English minimum and decided to undergo the PAAZ Training.
EDUCATIONAL TARGET
Participant of the training should acquire skills as follows:
- Basic Communicative English: basic phrases necessary to cope with everyday situations, with particular reference to successful interview with foreign employers;
- Knowledge of English vocational vocabulary that is connected with career the participant is going to take up;
- Essential culture rules and psychology of work that are vital in British organization;
- Basic knowledge of culture, everyday life, customs and work standards and requirements prevailing in the employer country
- Fulfill work on high level of responsibility, particularly respect rules not using alcohol and drugs!
- Fulfill the work contract: working conditions and length of contract
- Appreciate weight of enthusiasm for work done by employee
- To fully understand the demands of the job specifications supplied
TRAINING EDUCATORS

Magda KUROWICKA - essential culture rules and psychology of work that are vital in British organization and H&S Program.
Wieslawa CHOJNACKA, PhD – basic knowledge of work standards and requirements prevailing in the employer country and working on high level of responsibility, particularly respect rules not using alcohol and drugs, appreciate weight of enthusiasm for work done by employee.
Marta CHOJNACKA - fulfilling the work contract: working conditions and length of contract and consequences of not fulfilling the contract in any of its points.
WAYS OF TRAINING
Guided Self-Education: telephone and Internet seminars in English, educational package: MP3 player plus CD record, online e-learning lectures
Sum up Lecture integrated with signing by candidate the contract (contract of directing the candidate to UK employer to include signing a copy of the job specification as being fully understood and accepted).
WAY OF CREDIT (PASSING THE TRAINING)
- Passing the European employee competence test with the specific reference to professional vocational auto-presentation in English.
- Passing the interview in English with employer and obtain the Confirmation of Employment.

PHASES OF TRAINING
I. Workshops that begins once PAAZ Training Contract is signed:
- Right after signing the contract - professional CV preparation in English by participant (with the teacher’s help), sending urgently the CV to employee.
- Motivational letter from the participant to the employer describing strong points of the participant, showing him/her as a perfect employee – editing of the letter along with Imperial’s manager Wieslawa CHOJNACKA. In the letter there are taken into consideration features of candidate’s character, which are expected by their future employer.
II. Guided Self-Education of the PAAZ participant
- Ttranslation of the letter into English on participant’s own and collecting the vocabulary needed to translation – sending the letter to employer after lector’s alternations
- Completion of the Basic Communicative English program based on educational materials and according to PAAZ Tasks Card with particular reference to professional vocational auto-presentation in English
- Completion of the „Interview – Vocational Vocabulary” program: telephone seminars in using the English vocational vocabulary that is connected with the career the participant is going to take up

- Making participant acquainted with e-learning lectures in essential culture rules and psychology of work that are vital in British organization and basic knowledge of culture, everyday life, customs and work standards and requirements prevailing in the employer country (person responsible: Magda)
- Essay written by candidate at end of PAAZ Training, entitled: I am a European quality worker, I do not drink at work and will never take drugs. I want to work with enthusiasm for my employer (to take into consideration research proofs for damages in human body in view of employer, made by alcohol and drugs)
III. Exam – get credits for the training in IIVD office (within 2 or 3 months since the signing of the contract):
- Test in English professional vocational auto-presentation (in front of the English employer?)
- Telephone Interview with English employer with the aim of getting a specific job
- After completing course and passing exam the participant will receive IIVD Certificate and Confirmation of Employment from ACORN Company.
- Sum up Lecture (integrated with signing the contract by candidate) about working on high level of responsibility, particularly respect rules not using alcohol and drugs, appreciate weight of enthusiasm for work done by employer, fulfilling the work contract: working conditions and length of contract and consequences of not fulfilling the contract in any of its points.
TRAINING FEES
Total cost of the PAAZ Training for people with Basic English: £138
- Length of the Training: from 1 to 2 months
- The training will pay for itself in a 2-3 day of work in Great Britain!!!
- In addition: passing the PAAZ Training guarantees that training cost will be partially funded in 50% by Skills Provision Ltd.
2. Total cost of the PAAZ Training for people with no English: £277
- First installment (£138) is paid on the day that contract is signed
- Second installment (£137) is paid on the day that the Training is completed
- Length of the Training: 3 months
- The training will pay for itself in about a week of work in Great Britain!
In addition: passing the PAAZ Training guarantees that training cost will be partially funded in 50% by Skills Provision Ltd.
CRITERIAS OF ESTIMATION OF ACHIEVEMENTS PAAZ PARTICIPANTS
- Effective use of the recommended and participant’s sources of information: acquiring knowledge and using it effectively
- Awareness of the crucial skills of the European employee – participant ability to organize and judge his own process of learning, culture of communication and work according to the highest standards
- Responsibility, effectiveness and scrupulousness in carrying out assigned tasks
- Obtaining the IIDV Certificate along with Confirmation of the Employment from Skills Provision Ltd
- Obtaining positive references from employer after completing the contract
