Foundation Public School: I am working in Foundation Public School - O Level Defence Campus in Administration Department as a Building Manager, below are my responsibilities:
* Handling petty cash overall building repair n maintenance and purchasing for building requirement material.
*Handling overall requisition for the Teachers' and Students' as well Janitorial staff.
*Makes Janitorial staff duty roster and assigned there duties in different areas, also do the follow up and maintain the chart sheet.
*Assigned Security guards duties and maintain the log register regarding Arms issuing and their duties.
*Maintain log register of CCTV/ Generator/ Photocopier and Photostat machine on daily basis.
*Daily reporting to the Principal Building Head and share the updates and upcoming task.
* Arrangement of Events and deal with the Vendors.
*Daily coordination with the Head Office colleagues and updates and do the follow for the requirement.

*Maintain staff and duty roster of Janitorial staff.
* Maintain the Time Table for the teachers.

THE C.A.S. School: I worked for The C.A.S. School (Central Advance Studies System) my errands was handling the Fleets and was taking care of Indoor and Outdoor Learning Modules. Below are names of the modules:
