With a bachelor degree in social science along with my diploma in administration, I understand the importance of quality customer service and to deliver work with accuracy at a high standard.
In my previous role, I played an integral part in administrative support for a government department and contributing to a response to the Covid-19 pandemic through assisting with payments and support services for some of the most vulnerable members of the community. I have over ten years of experience in both customer service and administration and know that maintaining a high level of professionalism along with discretion as necessary is a top priority.
