Currently working as a Quality Control Coach in one of the biggest fast food chains in KSA who is incharge of the food safety and quality. I am also responsible to make sure the standards are in adherence with ISO 22000:2018 and local and international standards

Before joining Al Baik i used to work as a QC in a couple of Chilled fish exporting firms back in india where i was incharge of the safety, quality assurance and adherence to the standards of the countries to which we exported.
