I have about 9 years of experience in Human Resources. I am looking for a job as I have recently I have worked in different industries and excelled irrespective of the type whether big organisation or a start up, I am a high performer throughout. Worked with GlobalLogic as an HRBusiness Partner for a year, managed end to end employee life cycle of Tech teams working on Google projects. My role included Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding, Career Development, Learning & Development, HR Analytics.
Worked with Girnarsoft as an HR Business Partner for 3 and a half years, managed end to end employee life cycle of Sales, Retail and Corporate teams (Finance & marketing). Have initiated numerous HR projects such as implementation of HRIS, created Career Development Framework and launched Training Needs Identification process along with operational aspects of HR.
Previously, I have also worked with Aon Consulting Pvt. Ltd as HR Implementation Consultant where I have provided Employee Engagement Analysis and Solutions to various APAC clients such as TATA, Reliance, Rakuten, Glenmark, Estee Lauder and so on.
