I have been responsible for lending HR Initiatives, fostering a culture of employee engagement, Payroll Management, Training and development, Employee On boarding and Off Boarding and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. I have successfully designed and implemented talent acquisition and retention strategies, resulting in a high skilled and motivated workforce.

This company is manufacturing company in Oman, there my responsibilities like plan monthly manufacturing structure and implement the same with workers. Maintain daily and monthly sales reports to track the sales performance and identify the trends. Maintain a healthy relationship with vendors, customers and ensuring high level customer satisfaction and loyalty. The same time addressing customer issues, inquiries and resolved the same with TAT. Prepare and Organize the documentation and Data for the audit and ensure to no compliances with financial Regulations and Company policies. Managed stock inventory , ensuring proper stock level and efficient stock management.

Recruiting the best candidate for various companies and counselling the the candidate for choosing the best in their carrier. Conduct end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the candidate for various companies. Manage Jobs posting on Job boards and social media platform to attract qualified candidate. Collaborate with higher end to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

My interest lie in both professional development and personal growth. Learning new thing and like to implement the same. For my hobbies i like to dance very much. Reading, hearing music, Travelling with family & movies these all are also my small hobbies.
