1.Project planning and allocation of resources ,executing and organizing the project with in timescale and budget and mange any delays or problems encountered in site during construction of the project
2.Monitoring site progress and quality of HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage and Fire Fighting works and compliance with approved shop drawings ,project specification and installation schedules.
3.Preparation of daily & weekly progress report in accordance with planned activities and reporting to project manager.
4.Preparing and submitting of engineering documents like RFI, Technical Proposals and Scope Variation documentation.
5.Day to day management of site ,including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
6.Liaising with Main contractors, Consultants & Other Sub contractors for smooth execution of the project.

1-Preparation,execution,testing and commissioning of HVAC Systems and components with the plan ,shop drawing ,specification ,standards and schedule.
2-Arrange sufficient manpower such as supervisor, foreman, duct fitter ,pipe fitter etc. And ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having proper PPE 's prior start to installation activities at site.
3-Closey monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and specification and daily progress report from site supervisors to update to Senior Project Engineer.
