In 2014 I completed my Master of business administration in logistics and supply chain management from mahamaya technical university India.this advanced degree has equipped me with knowledge and skills necessary to excel in optimizing supply chain operations and managing logistics efficiently.of course I learn the importance of business management strategies as well as operational skills too .when I was a student in bachelors of business administration in 2009.the modules stimulated my business thoughts and Leeds to complete the masters because the bachelors where I learn the basics of business management,sales and marketing,planning,product management,project management,administration,operations,leadership and many more skills I gain from degree courses period.

When I completed my studies I joined as administration manager in Kuwait on 2014 .the company welcome me as a fresher but up on performance I took the lead role and take over the main duties like purchasing,problem solving,employee training and wellness,hiring ,maintains vendor relationships, this skills I gain from my experience and it may help to lead to my next position as a sales and marketing manager in talal group Dubai on 2017 ..I could say it’s a little bit challenging environment for me to crack the market.some of my theoretical knowledge help to build and implement a strategic plan to gain more effective profit for my employer.so I used to train my team to improve their performance .from their I experienced the pressure of a sales person for achieving the target and how we need to perform for that .I strongly believe that each and every skills which we gain from our experience and definitely it may help as all the way in our career. I personally realized this when I joined as an operation manager in Dubai on 2022 the job mood was entirely different from my previous experience but I am perfectly running the company in a well organized and professional manner.the requirements which the management demanded on my recruitment time .so first I created a systematic operation structure for easy operation and created a plan to improve the profit margin.I believe leadership and supply chain management knowledge may help to improve my duties perfect.
