Project planner

" I have been employed in various different disciplines within the Building industry for over 12 years, including on hand experience such as, Assistant Project Manager to more recent back on site roles as Foremen, Site Agent and recently Project Planner.
I am also a confident, reliable and hardworking team player, currently employed as a project planner and site manager / coordinator as and when required. Duties include production of work packages for procurement of sub-contractors and materials, ensuring the information from the design team is correct and that all sub-contractors have the correct drawings and information relevant to their work.
My role as planner also includes liaising with the estimating department on preparing packages for pricing, preparing Pre-tender programs, schedules for information release. Post-tender and Construction stage duties include issuing Construction programs, monitor and update Subcontractor / material schedules, taking an active part on day to day operations of the site with a hands-on role of solving on site problems, identify and collate information for relevant events for any delay E.O.T. claims, preparation / issue of monthly reports, update of the project program and report on progress "
