There are many challenging open questions remaining in the pharmaceutical industry, like my current research topic chronic kidney disease. I would see myself fit for a position in an organization where we tackle these challenging questions in the quest to provide better healthcare.
I feel I am suitable for a R&D position at a company because I get to the bottom of the question posed to me.
