After my two years Diploma in Statistics, I got an industrial training job (IT) with C&M Exchange Ltd but seconded to Diamond Bank Plc as customer service representative 14th June 2010, I served for two years and I was retained as junior staff 2012. Later 2013 the Bank Had issues with the recruitment agency C&M Exchange and they were asked to leave and another agency took over Workforce Outsourcing Group and incorporated us into their system August 26, 2013. I grew from customer service representative to Front Desk Teller and on December 1, 2018 I was made the Head Teller. Its a mini managerial role, were I was a direct supervisor to other Tellers and an authorizer. January 1, 2019 Diamond Bank Plc merged with Access Bank Plc and it adopted the name Access Bank Plc now and Am still on this position till date.
