Senior Quality Analyst

I also play synthesizer and was a part of an alternative rock band.
I started working as a Customer Service Executive in July 2020 and thereafter within 3 months I was promoted as a Quality Analyst in Teleperformance. There I used to do both chat and call audits for the Amazon NA process. After that, I got can opportunity to work as a Quality Specialist in Sagility India Private Limited for a US Healthcare process, wherein I did claims and call audits. The process which I worked for was SIU (Special Investigation Unit) which dealt with prevention of fraudulent activities in claims. Currently I'm working as a Senior Quality Analyst for Digit General Insurance. Here my responsibility is to do audits, monitor team performance and work for process improvement plans.
