1) Building Services Engineer (Construction), Purade Ltd. November 2020 - Present
While working as a Building Services Engineer and shadowing site manager, I gained experience in:
- Working with detailed diagrams, plans and drawings.
- Managing and forecasting spend, using whole life cycle costing techniques, ensuring that work is kept to budget.
- Overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems and specify maintenance and operating procedures.
- Monitor to ensure all work activities are performed in accordance to safety procedures.
- Liasing closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, builders, architects and surveyors and in-house project teams.
- Ensuring that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and safety requirements.
- Demolishing structures based on health and safety regulations.

2) Online Sales Manager(Part-time), Majorledge Ltd. February 2018 - October 2020.
Manages the ene-to-end online sales operations of the business to increase sales productivity by identifying then reducing or eliminating actual or potential issues that cause friction in the sales process.

3) Assistant Site Engineer(Internship), Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, June 2016 - August 2016.
While working in the underground station and shadowing the site manager, I gained experience in:
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed were in accordance with design/plan specifications.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and subcontractors while ensuring all activities comply with company Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicating with other team members and the client to progress work and provide updates.
- Monitoring the safety of the site, escalating issues to key stakeholders and ensuring projects cost/time effectiveness.
