Skills Provision is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a reputable Building Services Company.

With offices in the UK and Ireland, the employing business has grown from strength to strength in the delivery of MEP services.

Salary

£50k – £60k per year

The Role

Duties include:

• Prepare mechanical designs for commercial heating & cooling systems and prefabricated products for the High-rise residential, Healthcare, Education, Hotel, Leisure, and Data centre markets
• Day to day you will be sizing, selecting and performing calculations as well as undergoing site surveys for a range of sectors as well as liaising with our fabrication team to make sure products are being fabricated to the specifications set out in the design
• Work in conjunction with an established design team who operate with the latest AutoCAD & Revit MEP & BIM 360 design packages

Applicant Requirements

• Degree level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services etc
• Chartered member of CIBSE or similar
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in commercial heating and cooling systems
• knowledge of BS standards
• Additional skills such as AutoCAD, Revit and BIM 360 would be welcomed
