We are currently looking for Fish Filleters for positions in the seaside town of Paignton, United Kingdom.

Hours of Work/Schedule

• 17:00 – 02:00
• 6 days a week, Sunday to Friday

Duties

• Cut, descale, skin, gut and fillet fish products
• Portion fish in relation to specific requirements
• During processing, ensure product quality 
• Weigh, pack and label products in line with industry standards (as directed)
• Maintain clean tools and equipment (hygiene) 
• Partake in training as and when required
• Adhere to relevant company policies and guidelines
• Carry out other tasks as directed 

Applicant Requirements

• Previous experience in fish processing/butchery
• Proficient in the use of hand tools
• Knowledgeable on fish cuts and portion sizes
• Physically fit due to the demands of the job
• Diligent approach
• Self-motivated
• Work well to instructions
• Team player
• Good time management
